Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
This policy explains how Wannaverse, the trading name of WannaCall Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 13112226, registered office 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX), handles personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our products (WannaCall, WannaTrack, PokerPoint) have their own privacy policies on their own sites.
What we collect
This is a static informational website. We do not require accounts and we do not collect personal data as you browse, with two exceptions:
- Email enquiries. If you contact us at sales@wannaverse.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any engagement that follows.
- Optional analytics. If analytics are enabled and you accept the cookie banner, we collect anonymised usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to understand how the site is used. Nothing is collected if you decline. See our cookie policy.
Legal basis
We process enquiry emails on the basis of legitimate interest (and of taking steps to enter into a contract where you ask us to). Analytics run only with your consent.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, then deleted. Anonymised analytics data is retained by our analytics provider for a maximum of 26 months.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that operate this site and our email (acting as processors), or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
